We, Cebuanos, consider it an insult when non-Cebuanos ask for sarsa. Our lechon is yummy as it is. Vinegar will be fine. Especially, Sukang Pinakurat from Iligan City.

lamat sa photo na 'to..My Dad's from Cebu kaya pagumuuwi kami don, eto favorite ko PU-SO' yong kanin (iba pagpronounce e) tapos bbq or lechon manok..grabehhhh!!!!!! hay miss ko yan..d best talga!

Tama po yan...I am proud to say as a Cebuana, akong Papa Cebuano while akong Mama tagalog...bisag way sarsa..lami gyud ang lechon ug lechon manok w/ pu-so!! :)
